In an age of competitive online merchandising and free shipping, why would you choose to buy local?  There are many advantages to partnering with your neighborhood skincare studio.

A dot-com can’t offer you complimentary in-depth skincare analysis.  If you’re having a reaction to a product or need help diagnosing an allergy or other issue,  you will benefit greatly from the eyes and ears of a highly experienced esthetician.

We are very generous with skincare samples when you start a new skincare line, and often supply loyal clients with trials of newly released products, and plenty of samples for travel so they can pack light and avoid products being confiscated at the airport.  We’ve been known to put a little something extra in your shopping bag on occasion, and we’re able to refill certain products at a discount so that you can reuse your container.

3. Free Services

We developed our Face Value program to thank clients for buying locally, and reward them with  credit for facial and waxing services.  That $100 serum may seem pricey, but when it gets you $15 off your next facial it’s quite a value.  We do our best to keep our prices consistent with online retailers, and most times the free services we give with product purchases far outweigh the discounts given online.  Another free service offered is our monthly workshop or makeover event ~ wouldn’t you rather match your foundation live and in living color, not to mention pick up all kinds of pro tips?

4. To Ship, or Not to Ship

In some cases, buying locally will save you a shipping cost.  Conversely, we are happy to ship to out-of-town clients.  Just call or email us with your request!  Plus, it’s much easier to return or exchange products locally than having to pay (and wait) for shipping, not to mention less hassle.

5.  Charity

We support loyal clients by generously donating to their schools and charities.  Our Lipstick Brunch is a fabulous item to auction off at a fundraiser.
